Tackling Workload: Beating Back Bureaucracy 2004-2005

You will no doubt be aware that we are still involved in industrial action over workload and should have recently received the national advice 'Beating Back Bureaucracy 2004-2005'. While the management in many schools have moved to alleviate workload, it is worth checking the advice again to ensure that all is being done in your school to comply with the government's guidelines. If you have any concerns about how the School Teachers' Pay & Conditions Document is being applied in your school, please contact the local office on 253 9310.
