Workload Action at New College

In a meeting last Thursday, NUT members at New College Leicester voted unanimously to refuse to complete what they considered to be an unreasonable number of pupil reports. They were asked to complete reports for all five years with less than one week's notice. Assistant Secretary, Pete Flack, said, "The government talks about reducing workload; the NUT actually does it!"
