Two key documents
As School Rep you should have access to these two important documents.
A new edition of the School Teachers' Pay and Conditions Document is produced each year. It contains information about salary scales, conditions of service, threshold standards etc.
Commonly known as the Burgundy Book, this contains information about appointments, resignations, sick pay maternity, leave of absence etc.
Most importantly for you as a Rep it includes the agreement on what facilities should be available to you.
